Meet Your Instructor - Carletha Ward
Carletha Ward is a Life & Career Strategist working with professional women who are struggling or conflicted with their life or career situation and can’t seem to break through due to fear and uncertainty. Through her coaching process, Carletha helps women experience clarity and confidence, to make a solid decision as to which path to take, and to feel in control about their next steps. Her coaching helps women assess where they are currently and create a pathway to a more fulfilling and rewarding life and career to fuel their purpose and their passion.
Carletha also is a Certified Workshop Facilitator through Transformation Academy. In addition, she has Life Coach Trainer certifications through Life Purpose Coaching Centers, and she is an International and Digitally Enabled Licensed Trainer through The International Coaching Group, Inc. She holds certifications as a Master Life Coach through Transformation Academy, as a Professional Life Coach through Life Purpose Coaching Centers International, and Coaching Out of the Box (International Coaching Group, Inc.).
Carletha is also a John Maxwell Certified Coach/Trainer/Speaker. She is an ordained Minister and the published author of Lies You Accept that Keep You Stuck (International Best Seller), and Postcards from My Walk with God. Carletha had an extensive career as a senior Human Resources professional, having worked as a senior manager at a Fortune 500 financial services institution. She is a champion of women’s empowerment and advancement strategies. In addition to several Life Coach certifications, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies, and a Master’s Degree in Biblical Counseling.
