Publisher: Transformation Services Inc. (dba Transformation Academy / Transformation Publishing), 40946 US Hwy 19 N #171, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689 ("Publisher").
Book: Transform Your Life: Stories, Lessons & Tools for Becoming Your Best Self (2026 Collaborative Edition).
By confirming your acceptance of this Agreement, you (the "Author") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.
In Plain English
You're joining up to 50 coaches as a co-author of Transform Your Life: Stories, Lessons & Tools for Becoming Your Best Self. You will contribute one short chapter, along with a brief bio and headshot.
There is no required book purchase or copy commitment for you under this Agreement. You are welcome to simply participate as a co-author.
If you would like copies of the finished book to sell to your audience, gift to others, or use with clients, you may choose to order copies separately. Purchasing copies is completely optional and is not a condition of your participation in the book.
1. The Project & Your Contribution
The Publisher is producing a collaborative book featuring up to 50 coach co-authors, and the Author is included as a co-author subject to these terms.
The Author will submit one chapter of 800–1,200 words — a personal story, lesson, framework, practical tool, or exercise — by September 15, 2026, plus a short author bio and a headshot by Monday, September 15, 2026.
The Publisher provides professional editing and formatting to make the chapter publish-ready. The Author confirms that the submitted work is original and does not infringe upon anyone else's rights.
2. Intellectual Property
The Author retains ownership of their individual work and may reuse their own chapter content elsewhere.
The Author grants the Publisher the rights necessary to edit, publish, print, distribute, promote, and sell the compiled book, including the right to use the Author's name, bio, photograph, and likeness in the book and related marketing.
Authors may mention and link to their own businesses in their author bios.
3. Book Copies & Promotion
The Author is not required to purchase, pre-sell, or receive any copies of the book as a condition of participating as a co-author.
The Author may choose to order copies of the finished book separately if they would like to sell them to their audience, give them as gifts, use them with clients, or for other promotional purposes.
Any optional book orders will be subject to the ordering, availability, and shipping terms provided at the time the Author chooses to place an order.
The Author may also participate in promotional activities surrounding the book launch but is not guaranteed any particular level of book sales, income, client acquisition, or other business results.
4. Timeline
Chapter deadline: September 15, 2026.
Bio and headshot deadline: September 15, 2026.
Author proof-review period: October 5–9, 2026.
Official launch: the week of October 26, 2026.
The Publisher will provide additional information regarding the launch and optional book ordering as appropriate.
5. What You Receive
Participating authors receive:
- A professionally edited and formatted chapter
- Their name credited as a co-author
- An author bio featuring their photograph, business information, and link
- A published-author badge and marketing graphics
- Participation in the coordinated book launch
- The ability to use "published author" in their professional marketing
- A copy of a previous collaborative book as an example of the finished work
- One copy of the published book
The Publisher makes no guarantee of book sales, income, client acquisition, or specific results. Outcomes depend on many factors, including the Author's own promotional efforts.
6. General
The Publisher is Transformation Services Inc., 40946 US Hwy 19 N #171, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689.
Notices, withdrawal requests, and chapter submissions should be sent to Contact@transformationacademy.com.
The parties are independent contractors; this Agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Author's participation in the project and is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing.
Acceptance
By confirming acceptance of this Co-Author Agreement, the Author acknowledges that they have read and agree to the terms regarding their contribution, intellectual-property license, participation in the collaborative book, and optional book ordering.
The Author understands that there is no payment or minimum book-purchase requirement associated with their participation under this Agreement.
