Key Terms of Use (See full Terms of Use for details.)
- Refund policy: We provide a 30-day money back guarantee for the Courses purchased, no questions asked. Email contact@transformationacademy.com and let us know you’d like a refund. Refunds are NOT available for certification courses that have been completed and therefore certificates have been issued, nor for live events attended beyond the first session. See Terms of Use for full membership subscription cancellation policy.
- Intellectual Property Rights: If you have enrolled in or partially completed any Program, but have not completed a program and earned the corresponding Certification, you may view, download, print, email and use the Program and Content for your own personal purposes only. If, and only if, you complete a Program and earn the corresponding Certification, the Intellectual Property, including all Content, concepts, materials and processes presented in the Program, may be used to work with clients one-on-one or in groups, whether in-person or virtual / online.
- Artificial Intelligence Use: Our terms expressly prohibit the use of our materials for AI training, machine learning applications, or any derivative works—especially in cases where the AI is being licensed or commercialized. Unauthorized use in this manner constitutes a violation of The Company’s intellectual property rights. The only exception is for personal use, using AI for the sole purpose of aiding in one’s own educational experience.

While we collaborate with industry leaders and organizations, all opinions and materials shared on our platform are independently developed.
