Requirements

TA Trainers must have a business entity (LLC or Corp) or, at minimum, be a sole proprietor with a registered DBA. For DBA info, visit your state’s filing website or use a service like Legal Zoom.

Additionally, trainers are required to maintain GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE with coverage limits of at least One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per incident. Please attain this coverage and upload proof (either a copy of your policy or a screen shot). If you don't have insurance, you can get a policy over at Alternative Balance.
