30-Day Money Back Guarantee and Refund Policy
30-Day Guarantee + Refunds: At Transformation Academy, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have concerns, complaints, or questions, please feel free to connect to us at contact@ransformationacademy.com However, if you have attempted to resolve your issue with our support staff and you decide that our course does not meet your requirements, we ask that you email the address above with your request for a refund, within 30 days of making your purchase.
Although we'd love to know how we can improve or how we could make our course a 5-star experience for you, you are welcome to follow the steps below for a full, no-questions-asked, refund. Please note that although we make every effort to refund your purchase quickly, our payment processor (Stripe, Shopify, or Paypal) or your financial institution may have limitations that could make it take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
Refunds will NOT be approved for:
- Certification courses that have been completed and therefore certificates have been issued
- Live events or group coaching programs attended beyond the first session.
Follow the steps below to get your refund request sent to us:
- Go to the Contact Us page or email contact@transformationacademy.com
- Submit a message with your name, email address, and order number or specific program purchased so we can issue a refund as quickly as possible.
- Please also feel free to share any feedback, although this is in no way required and does not impact your ability to receive a refund (as long as the request is within 30 days of your purchase).
- Once you submit the support request you will receive an auto response from us. That just lets you know we've got your request.
- Once we've had a chance to review your request we will be in touch confirming the refund has been processed, within 48 hours.
Subscription/Membership Cancellation:
- If you cancel a membership, at any point, a refund does not happen automatically. You can request a refund for the current month (only) by contacting us at contact@transformationacademy.com.
- If you were a member for only 1 month and completed certification(s) within that time, your refund request will be denied.
- If you have remained a member for at least 3 months, you may request continued access to courses you completed 100%. To make this request, email contact@transformationacademy.com or submit a request through our site's chat function, and include this request and your list of completed courses in your message to us.
- If "skipping" videos was detected in your account in order to complete courses without watching them, your request to keep access to completed courses will be denied, and corresponding certificates earned may be revoked.
