This course has been a disaster since day 1. I guess the adage that you get what you pay for applies here. Others I've spoken with throughout the process agree. This course has been mass confusion from the start. It took a week, an I understand as of today, the start of week 3, some people haven't met in a pod yet. Pre-selecting groups without any input on availability beforehand was a disaster. First we had to figure out how to navigate in the dashboard, then after the initial voting and mad dash to find another group that had reasonable times to meet, it was helter skelter. The dashboard is not an effective method for most users with average abilities to navigate and understand.
Now for the content. For me, Kim's voice and presentation style are a total turn off. She rushes through everything and over half of her presentation is commercial and fluff. I absolutely cannot make a live presentation in the middle of the day, so I'm dependent on the recording. Slow down, actually work with the attendees and provide useful content. Her "valley girl" style of speech is very irritating and distracting.
Third, the homework assignments could use more structure and clarification. The first 2 weeks, our group struggled to pull anything of substance together to work on the vague concepts presented. I volunteered to provide my zoom account and I'm only a casual user and I've spent a significant portion of my free time just setting up the meetings. Trial and error, hopefully we can accomplish something this week.
I'v purchased other TA content that was prerecorded and was quite happy with it. This course is close to a total failure as far as I'm concerned.

Someone in TA didn't think thru this course from the student perspective!!!!!!!!!!
I participated in 2 Pods so far.... We are ALL spending time talking about our frustration with the technical side of the course. The next time you run this course, you NEED TO make Week 1 *merely* a "get your ducks in a row" week, rather than drowning the ducks inside what we are supposed to be learning.
For example, Week 1 could START with a live session, talking about the requirements of the course... buying zoom and figuring out how to use it, meeting Pod members... since that takes time to coordinate schedules. As the Pods are meeting and greeting for the first time, we can be listening to the modules we need for our first live session of actual course content.

I'm only two weeks in to the CWC live coaching, and I'm finding it super valuable - both the learning modules and the lives with Kimberly. I already have my professional coach certification, but I'm running through again.
What is super valuable to me is the opportunity to meet other coaches in the pods, and to get practice coaching one another. It's giving me much more confidence and helping alleviate that plague of Imposter Syndrome.
