A Complete Roadmap for Growing Coaches
Our year-long program provides a simple, step-by-step roadmap to launch your coaching business, including:
- Developing confidence in your skills (including getting your first paying clients)
- Creating and launching your coaching program (a signature package based on your niche)
- Attracting aligned clients (using strategies that actually work for coaches and save time and $)
This takes place in 3 stages throughout the year. (It is not required to complete the 3 stages in order. Start any time!)
Stage 1: Coach with Confidence
Build your confidence as a coach and finally feel ready to coach real clients. In this foundational program, you'll gain clarity on who you are as a coach, practice your coaching skills with peers, and learn to lead impactful sessions that get results. You’ll walk away feeling empowered, prepared, and excited to help your first (or next!) client.
In this stage, you'll learn how to:

- Build transformational coaching and communication skills
- Practice real coaching with peer support
- Design a powerful clarity sessions

Stage 2: Build Your Signature Program
It’s time to turn your coaching gifts into a signature offer that’s both aligned and irresistible. You’ll get crystal clear on your ideal client, map out the journey you take them on, and package it up with messaging that speaks directly to their heart. Walk away with a polished offer, a beautiful 1-page website, and the confidence to share it.
In this stage, you'll learn how to:
- Define your ideal client and do aligned market research
- Design your signature coaching package from start to finish
- Write authentic marketing copy that sounds like you
- Build a 1-page website that books clients and takes payment
- Gather testimonials and social proof to boost your credibility

Learn how to attract the right clients in ways that feel natural and aligned — not salesy. You’ll create a personalized roadmap for getting visible and inviting clients to work with you, using methods like speaking, networking, and email. You’ll learn how to guide discovery calls that convert without pressure. It’s your business, your way — just more visible, effective, and exciting.
In this stage, you'll learn how to:
- Create a lead magnet and email follow-up system
- Host workshops that inspire clients to work with you
- Network and build JV partnerships with ease
- Master the art of the discovery session (without being pushy)
- Feel confident soft-selling your program in your voice
- Design a client attraction roadmap that fits your lifestyle and energy

What CBS Training Includes:
LIVE Training Calls (During the 3 CBS Stages)
(90-minute live trainings inside Coaching Business School. Each stage includes 8 weekly sessions – 24 sessions total.)
Learn, integrate, and bring your coaching vision to life. This is where you embody the concepts, apply the strategies, and turn your vision into something real. You’ll receive structured teaching, real-world examples, and practical guidance you can immediately use in your business.
On these calls, you can expect:
- Heart-centered teaching and coaching guidance

You’ll leave each session feeling hyped, expanded, and inspired — with a clear sense of how to move forward.
Monthly VIP Coaching & Implementation Calls
(Monthly 90-minute group coaching calls – 12 total.)
These monthly calls are where implementation meets intention. This is your space to receive personalized guidance, strategic feedback, and real-time support as you actively build your coaching business. We focus on helping you integrate what you’re learning, make aligned decisions, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
On these calls, you can expect:
- Direct guidance on your business and next steps
- Strategic support tailored to your goals
- A smaller, more focused group of committed students
- Practical implementation based on the Coaching Business School programs.
- Feel confident soft-selling your program in your voice
You’ll leave each call feeling supported, inspired, guided, and deeply intentional about the direction you’re taking.

Meet Your Coach - Kimberly Rich
Hi! My name is Kimberly Rich, and I’m the head coach for the Coaching Business School!
Each week, I’ll be there on Zoom, and in the Facebook Group to answer your most burning questions, assure you that you ARE in fact worthy and capable of your dream, and ensure that we’re all having fun in the process.
I’ve been a life and business coach, podcaster, speaker and retreat host since 2015. Let’s just say, I’ve seen it all, and made every mistake in the book.
I’ve also seen that when you actually utilize the tips provided in the business training you receive in this program, and combine it with real-time coaching, and a supportive community, anything is possible.
I look forward to working with you in the coaching group!
