I've done loads of self reflection questions. I've spent so much time journaling. Something about how Terez structures the questions for getting to know yourself are powerful and have unlocked things that I've forgotten about for a decade. Her main thing is that when you know yourself, you attract more of what you want in life and relationships. I'm just a few weeks in, and I'm already seeing that play out in my life. She and her husband have a special magical and I'm glad they are sharing how to have more love in our lives. I can't say enough good things!
