SUPER CLUNKY beginning!!!!!!!!!
Most of us discovered by accident that we should have watched videos *before* the week 1 lecture.
The process of setting up the Pods has been annoying!
-Some of us were left off the initial list of who is in which pod.
-Via all of the conversations as we are figuring out the software, we were discovering which Pod was which time zone. (I wish I had been in a pod to start with, AND known that pods 1-3 were east coast, US.)
-Only 3 people were on the zoom from my pod, so we couldn't schedule immediately.
I can only hope that this gets better.... By the time it's smooth, the course will be over.

I was always the go to girl. People told me their problems as far back as I can remember. I also was intrigued by what I learned about people and found that people thought if nothing else I was a good listener. Although communication/writing was my first love I was told there was no money in that and to pick something else. Well several years and many jobs later, I found myself out of work at an older age and seeking again what my real purpose in life is. I always prayed with people, solved problems and came up with strategies to help others find their way. Somehow even if it was not in my role and responsibilities I always was the office that was the safe space to talk. Now after many years I am returning to my first love. Helping others and lending a listening but this time armed with information to help them transition and make the changes they need to inspire a better way of living. I love working with kids, young adults and any age as I see the power of transition happens throughout life and we need a coach along the way.
